Peppermint – 100 % pure essential oil, 10 ml
Clear, cool and fresh: peppermint oil instantly brings an invigorating note to the room. It is obtained by steam distillation and comes from China.
Scent profile
Intensely minty with a cool, clear freshness. Just a few drops give a noticeable scent – peppermint is one of the strongest essential oils.

How to use it
Fill water up to the mark in the tank of your aroma diffuser , add a few drops of oil and switch on. Depending on the size of the room, 3 to 6 drops are usually enough – better to start with a little and add more if needed. Air the room every now and then.
Combines well
For a softer scent, mix with Lavender , for a particularly clear one with Fresh Breeze.
Important note
For room fragrance only. Do not apply to the skin, do not swallow and keep out of the reach of children. Do not use as a sauna infusion. In rooms with children, pregnant women or pets, use sparingly and air regularly.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the oil as a sauna infusion?
No. Our oils are intended for room fragrance in a diffuser. For infusions there are special, diluted sauna infusion concentrates.
How long does a bottle last?
At 3 to 6 drops per use, 10 ml is enough for many scent moments – a few weeks with daily use.
Why use so little?
Peppermint is very intense. Start with 2 to 3 drops and only increase if needed.

There is no corporation behind BeachAndSteam – just me.
Hi, I am Martin. As a family business, we have been running Meri Sauna at Lake Kulkwitz for over 18 years. So we know from daily experience what matters in good sauna and wellness products.
In 2024, this led to BeachAndSteam. Every hamam towel, every bathrobe and every care product in our shop is personally selected and checked by me – and only offered if it convinces us ourselves.
