How much does the return cost?

Nothing. Once your return is accepted, you will get a free return label from us.

When will I get my money back?

As soon as your parcel has arrived and been checked, we will refund the amount via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days until you see it in your account. For a statutory withdrawal, we refund within 14 days at the latest.

How much time do I have?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to register a return. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Can I get a different colour?

A direct exchange is not possible. Send the item back and simply order the colour you want again – that is the quickest way.
