In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day right of return.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
For our voluntary right of return, the item must generally be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, unworn, undamaged and complete. Any existing labels should still be attached to the item. Where possible, we ask that you return it in its original packaging.

Unopened and unused care and cosmetic products can generally be returned under our return conditions, provided there is no other reason for exclusion.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This may apply in particular to correspondingly sealed cosmetic, care or hygiene products.
Please therefore only open or remove any hygiene or safety seal once you have decided to keep the product.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
You can use the model withdrawal form provided further below for this purpose. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will generally refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery offered.
Additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will generally be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning and the statutory requirements for compensation for loss in value are met.
As soon as we have received your voluntary return, we will inspect the returned item.
We will then inform you of the status of your refund.
For an approved return, we will generally refund the corresponding amount to the original means of payment.
