Hamam Towel ADRIA – classic stripes, light weight

ADRIA is the hamam towel for everyone who likes it simple: clean stripes, hand-knotted fringes and five calm colours. At 180 × 100 cm it is large enough for the sauna bench, yet weighs only about 290 g – roughly as much as a terry guest towel.

Light in your bag, large on the bench

Folded, ADRIA takes up hardly any space; spread out, it covers the entire lounger. In the sauna it serves as an underlay, in the relaxation area it becomes a wrap, after showering a bath towel. Because it dries quickly, you can use it several times on a sauna day.

Traditionally woven

ADRIA is made on the Aegean coast of Turkey using a traditional weaving technique. The finely woven cotton gets softer with every wash, and the fringes are knotted by hand.

Five colours

Turquoise, Pink, Dark Blue, Beige and Black – each with light stripes.

For the beach and travel too

ADRIA is just as practical as a pareo, picnic blanket or light blanket on holiday. If you spend a lot of time on the beach, you will also find the large Beach Towel Coastline XXL and matching Beach bags.

Care

Wash before first use. Wash gently at 30 °C, do not use fabric softener and ideally dry in the air – this keeps the colour, weave and fringes looking beautiful for a long time.

There is no corporation behind BeachAndSteam – just me.

Hi, I am Martin. As a family business, we have been running Meri Sauna at Lake Kulkwitz for over 18 years. So we know from daily experience what matters in good sauna and wellness products.

In 2024, this led to BeachAndSteam. Every hamam towel, every bathrobe and every care product in our shop is personally selected and checked by me – and only offered if it convinces us ourselves.
