We usually ship orders within 24 hours (working days). With standard shipping your parcel arrives within 1–3 working days, with express shipping within 1–2 working days.
Standard shipping is free from €50. Below that it costs €2.99. Express shipping costs €5.99.
At the moment we only ship within Germany. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking.
Yes – you have 30 days from receipt. Simply register your return on our returns page and you will get a free return label. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Nothing. Once your return is accepted, we send you a free return label.
There is no direct exchange. Simply send the item back and order the variant you want again – that is the quickest way.
As soon as your parcel has arrived and been checked, we refund the amount via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear in your account.
You can pay with PayPal, Klarna and credit card, among others. All available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Yes – with Klarna you can pay in 30 days.
Hamam towels are flat-woven, light and dry quickly – ideal for sauna, beach and travel. Sauna towels are usually larger and offer plenty of space to lie on. More in our material guide.
In the sauna you lie completely on the towel. Up to about 1.70 m body height, a towel length of 175 cm is enough; up to 1.85 m better 180–200 cm; above that from 200 cm. All details in our size and care guide.
A sauna bathrobe can fit loosely so you can easily put it on and take it off with damp skin. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. The size chart is on every bathrobe product page.
Wash it once before first use – this brings out its absorbency. Wash at 30 °C, do not use fabric softener and ideally let it air dry. Pure cotton can shrink slightly in the first wash.
Wash once before first use, at the temperature on the label, lights and darks separately, without fabric softener. Let it dry well after the sauna and do not leave it damp in your bag.
