Submit a return in our online shop

We want to ensure that your return process with us is quick and straightforward.

Here is the process:

1. Access your customer account: Click on the person icon next to the shopping cart in the top right corner to access your account. Enter the email address you used when placing your order.

2. Confirmation code: You will receive an email with a code. Use this to log in.

3. To start a return: Select the order and click on "Start return".

4. Return label: Receive the return label by email, print it out and send the goods back.

5. Refund: After your return has been processed, you will receive your refund within 5-7 working days.
